Nikki has accumulated legal experience since 2018, all gained at distinguished law firms in Shanghai. Her practice is centered around dispute resolution, where she has represented a variety of international and domestic clients in Chinese court proceedings and arbitration.
Her legal expertise also spans commercial and financial litigation, with a specialization in contract disputes. Nikki has developed a detailed approach to the review and drafting of commercial agreements.
In addition to her litigation work, Nikki advises Chinese subsidiaries of European and Middle Eastern multinational corporations on commercial and international trade matters. She has participated in compliance projects, assisting companies in aligning their operations with Chinese legal frameworks and international norms.
As a licensed PRC lawyer, Nikki holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Yunnan University.
