Matthew joined R&P in 2018. A PRC licensed Lawyer since 2014, he holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Wuhan Institute of Technology. He started his legal career at Henry Zhuang & Partners as an Attorney-at-Law.
As a Senior Associate, Matthew has become an expert in drafting, advising, revising, and negotiating the most complex contracts. Furthermore, he focuses on real estate matters as well as litigation, arbitration, and judicial enforcement. Matthew also has extensive experience in privacy and data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory matters, including conducting data security inspections and assessments, as well as developing data compliance systems.
Matthew is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
