Yalin Zhang first joined R&P as an intern in 2010 and after positions at prominent domestic and international law firms she returned to the firm in 2016 as a senior associate.
Yalin’s main focus is on dispute resolution, and she has represented dozens of international and domestic clients in Chinese court proceedings and arbitrations all over China. She also frequently supports the Chinese subsidiaries of European and American multinationals on commercial matters and international trade, and is frequently involved in compliance projects.
Yalin has a bachelor of economic law from Southwest University of Political Science and Law. She has been licensed as a lawyer in the PRC since 2011 and he speaks Mandarin Chinese and English.
